Inventory is tracked by lot and weight throughout our operation using an integrated warehouse and ERP system.

This allows us to maintain accurate inventory records and trace product movement from receipt through fulfillment, supporting food safety requirements and audit readiness.

Customer orders can be received through EDI and flow directly into the system, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.

We utilize a system developed by Inspired Technology Systems to support these processes.
